Die-Cut to Credit Card Dimensions
Pull a credit card from your wallet – that card is 3.375 X 2.125 inches. Our industry calls these dimensions CR80 – it’s extremely common and that’s the size of our Carbon Fiber Business Cards! Because carbon fiber is so strong, we must die-cut our cards to this shape – other cutting processes simply wouldn’t be efficient. Screen Printing & Variable Data
Your artwork will be screen printed to the Carbon Fiber Business Card surface. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too! Each card comes in it’s own clear plastic sleeve to elevate the presentation and protect it from scratching.
